Here is an overview of all frottole that are published for the Renaissance lute. In the index of the two books by Bossinensis from 1509 and 1511, the frottolas are linked via a capital letter to six or seven categories of matching recercars. These categories are also listed here. For each frottola, the first printed vocal source iscredited whenever possible.
There will be an update on a regular base.
